Most wellness programs were designed in a boardroom. This one was forged through 25 years of martial arts discipline, a career as a Hollywood stunt performer, and a lifetime of learning that the hardest fight happens inside the body — not outside it.
The Sabella Method exists because no single practice could do what was needed: calm the anxiety, channel the anger, and build strength that doesn't break under pressure.

For 25 years, my answer to life was my fists.
I grew up in Amman, Jordan — where I saw the light and darkness of the world before I was old enough to understand either one. Karate became my foundation. It gave me discipline, strength, and a way to survive. I earned a fourth-degree black belt without ever having a dojo I could call home. From Amman to Sri Lanka to the U.S. — garages, parks, rooftops, empty rooms.
Then came Hollywood — stunt work, action sets, motion capture for video games. I learned how to operate under pressure when the margin for error was zero. But behind the adrenaline, the internal noise never stopped. The anxiety. The anger that had no target. The weight I couldn't name.
Karate built the warrior. But it couldn't quiet the war inside.
So I started sitting with myself. Breathing. Moving slowly. Listening to what my body had been trying to tell me for decades. And piece by piece, a new practice began to take shape — one that combined everything I knew: martial arts, breathwork, meditation, movement, energy work.
When the world shut down in 2020, I went deeper. While everything external fell apart, I used that silence to refine what would become the Sabella Method — a daily practice that reconnects you to your center, strengthens your nervous system, and transforms the darkness you carry into the power you were meant to use.
I built this for myself first. Now I teach it to others.
